HeartBeat Class Descriptions

Dance Mania: Cardio dance class. (1 hour)

 

Shake and Tone: Dance with light (3-5 lb) weights.  (1 hour)

 

Boot Camp: Variety of workouts (weights and cardio) with constant movement.  (30-45 minutes)

 

Transform: Tabata class with 20 seconds of work and 10 seconds of rest.  (30-45 minutes)

 

Whitsanity: 30-50 seconds of work with 10-15 seconds of rest.  (30-45 minutes)

 

WHIT: Similar to HIIT but with weights. (30-45 minutes)

 

Setting The Barre: Exercises derived from ballet, pilates, and yoga.  (30-45 minutes)

 

Saved By The Bell: Workout using the kettlebell in various ways.  (30-45 minutes)

 

Step It Up: Cardio step class.  (30-45 minutes)

 

Waist Away: Workout primarily focused on ab exercises. (30-45 minutes)

 

Flex & Groove: Stretching exercises, usually low impact. (30-45 minutes)


Butts & Guts: Workout primarily focusing on abs and glutes. (30-45 minutes)

 

Outside The Box: Cardio Kickboxing drills and/or routines.  (30-45 minutes)

 

Yoga:  A form of exercise that uses poses and breathing to improve physical and mental  well being ( 1 Hour)

 

                                     Low Impact Sculpt: A variety of seated and standing exercises designed to increase muscle strength,

range of motion, and activities of daily living. ( 30 minutes)

 

Strong Nation: Combines body weight, muscle conditioning, cardio and plyometric training moves synced

to original music that has been designed to match every single move. (45 minutes)

 

Pound: Full-body workout that combines cardio, conditioning, and strength training using Rip Stix (1 hour)
